  • 1.0 stalk, large (11″-12″ long) Celery, raw
  • 2.0 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)
  • 4.0 oz Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore in Water, 2 oz drained, 56g, 1/4 cup
  • 1.0 tbsp Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 1.0 tbsp Fresh green onions


  1. Drain tuna, add mayo, chopped celery, chopped green onion, lemon pepper and service on a bed of lettuce, Serving Size: 2 serving
