Great high protein lunch
Ingredients:
- 0.05 tsp Garlic powder
- 1.0 stalk, large (11″-12″ long) Celery, raw
- 2.0 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)
- 4.0 oz Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore in Water, 2 oz drained, 56g, 1/4 cup
- 1.0 tbsp Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise
- 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 1.0 tbsp Fresh green onions
Instructions:
- Drain tuna, add mayo, chopped celery, chopped green onion, lemon pepper and service on a bed of lettuce, Serving Size: 2 serving
