- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce: Greens
- 1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 cup julienned cucumber
- Large handful mixed herbs, coarsely chopped or torn
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice: for Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp peanuts, chopped:for Garnish
