4 – 5 medium-size Japanese sweet potatoes (Not peeled) keep the skin on.
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt
A sheet of parchment paper in 1 medium-size baking dish or pan to accommodate the Japanese sweet potatoes with ample spacing.
Takes only 1 hour in 400° oven.

Preheat oven to 400°
First, thoroughly wash the Japanese sweet potatoes under warm water to remove any dirt or residue.
Next, take a fork and evenly pierce/puncture holes around the sweet potatoes to allow steam to escape.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking pan.
Place prepare Japanese sweet potatoes on the pan evenly spaced.
Drizzle and rub grapeseed oil over the Japanese sweet potatoes.
Sprinkle pink Himalayan salt over the potatoes evenly.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour or until tender and you can cleanly pierce them with a fork.
